This long established company, founded in 1934, was Abbey National’s first office in Liverpool as agents. This long association of over 70 years still continues today as panel surveyors for Abbey National PLC.

The firm is now concentrated at Tarbock Road, Huyton and specialises in house sales and holds panel appointment as surveyors for Abbey National PLC, Cheltenham and Gloucester Building Society and Lloyds TSB. We are also able to arrange mortgages for our own property sales and for purchasers of other properties which we are not selling.

Residential letting and Property Management is a growing part of our business and we are renowned as specialists in the field of structural survey and valuation work on residential, commercial and industrial properties. Our services are shown separately within this website.
